Coconut mint chutney



To serve 3 people you will need

Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Dalia - 1/4 cup (a.k.a fried gram in english and pottu kadala in tamil and malayalam)
Mint leaves - few
Garlic - 2 cloves
Green Chillies - 3
Salt to taste

Method

Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it. Add 1/4 cup of water and again blend it. Don't make a fine paste.


Have it with idli/dosa or with vada. It tastes good. This chutney is not fridgeable.
