Coconut Chutney



INGREDIENTS

2 cups shredded coconut
3 green chilies 5 fresh curry leaves
2 clove of garlic
1 small piece ginger
3 Tbsp water Lime juice Salt

METHOD

Grind green chilies, curry leaves, garlic, ginger and salt together to make a fine paste.
Put coconut and water, grind well.
Add lime juice and mix well.
Serve with urad vadai or dosai
